Teo joins The Lambs after a spell with Maidstone United. A composed, ball-playing midfielder, he is comfortable receiving the ball in tight areas and helps control the tempo of the game. He carries possession well, shows good awareness under pressure, and offers a strong range of passing, particularly into forward areas.

He also provides quality from set pieces and brings energy and determination when out of possession.
