Tamworth Football Club are delighted to confirm the signing of Michael Reindorf, who joins The Lambs on loan until the end of the season from League One side Cardiff City.

The 20-year-old centre-forward is a versatile attacking option, capable of operating anywhere across the frontline. Reindorf arrives at Tamworth after returning to South Wales in January, having spent the first half of the season on loan with League Two outfit Newport County, where he made 22 appearances for The Exiles.

Reindorf brings valuable Football League experience to the Altair Group Community Stadium, with his most prolific spell coming during the 2024/25 Welsh League Cup. The forward scored an impressive seven goals in just three games, helping Cardiff City reach the semi-final stage of the competition.

Tamworth manager Andy Peaks expressed his excitement about the club’s latest addition:

“We’re really excited about what he brings. He’s got real energy and flair; he gives us that extra spark in the final third. He’s a player who wants to affect games, create chances, and score goals – that’s exactly the kind of threat you want up top.”

With Tamworth having struggled to find the net in their last three matches across all competitions, Peaks will be hoping Reindorf can provide a much-needed attacking boost as The Lambs return to action tonight.

Tamworth host Alvechurch in the Birmingham Senior Cup at the Altair Group Community Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for this evening.
