Reflecting on recent performances, boss Andy Peaks is pleased with the progress being made:

“I was delighted with the point gained at Hartlepool – any points away from home are massive, but this could so easily have been another three as we kept our unbeaten run going. We created more chances against them than most teams have managed this season, and it shows where we are at. Even after conceding, we grew stronger and pushed for the equaliser, which speaks volumes about the squad’s character.”

“On Wednesday against Altrincham, I was disappointed with our first-half display, but the lads showed unbelievable determination to turn it around. Goals from Kennie and Alfie highlighted the quality we have, and to come away with three points from a tough midweek trip was excellent. This group has real belief and togetherness, and it’s showing in the results.”
