It’s now a month since I had the honour of becoming chairman of Tamworth Football Club. In the first few weeks, numerous priorities included working closely with the staff to restructure the business foundations, finalising infrastructure planning documents and supporting manager Andy Peaks to assemble a quality squad ready for the new season.

We believe in the coming months work will begin on much-needed stadium upgrades, including new dressing rooms, a new reception area, new staff offices, plus a new ticket office and club shop. These were all areas we had identified for upgrades even before the takeover and we are now trying to fast track them to improve our facilities and your match day experience.

This is just the start, though, and I want to hear from you before we make any more plans. So we’ve created a survey asking for your views on how you think we can improve the club even further. Your feedback is vitally important to me and will help me to deliver for you. My aim is for this club to be at the heart of the local community so please let your voice be heard loud and clear by answering the questions in this fans’ survey.
