Caretaker (Part Time) Immediate start
Organisation: Tamworth Football Club Location: The Lamb Ground
Reports to: General Manager Contract: Part Time
Salary: £12,000 per annum
About the Role
Tamworth Football Club is seeking a dependable, proactive and hands-on Caretaker to support the smooth running of The Lamb Ground. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fully prepared for match days in line with Football Association regulations.
You will act as a key holder, oversee day-to-day site management, and help maintain a welcoming environment for players, staff, supporters and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
● Locking and unlocking buildings
● Acting as a key holder and responding to emergencies
● Managing repairs and general maintenance tasks
● Overseeing contractors working on site
● Carrying out regular safety inspections and maintaining accurate records
● Ground maintenance, ensuring the site remains clean and tidy
● Managing site operations and upkeep
● Taking deliveries and coordinating storage
● Servicing vending machines
● Preparing facilities for match days
● Any other duties reasonably requested by the General Manager
