Tamworth FC’s return to National League action is now officially mapped out, and fans can finally start planning for what promises to be a blockbuster 2026/27 season.

The Lambs will kick off their campaign on Saturday, August 8 away at Boreham Wood, a mouthwatering fixture that sets the tone for a season packed with high-stakes battles and classic encounters.

After the opener, Tamworth will host AFC Fylde as the first visitors to The Lamb for the 2026/27 National League season. Andy Peaks’ men will also host Worthing with trips to FC Halifax Town and Yeovil Town making up August’s schedule.

September sees trips to Harrogate, Southend and Aldershot while Barrow, Scunthorpe and Woking make trips to Staffordshire in October.

The festive period kicks off with a home match against Hartlepool United before another boxing day battle away to Solihull Moors. We also play host to Kidderminster Harriers on Monday 28th December.

Our first league fixture of the new year is at home to Gateshead on January 2nd before back to back trips to Scunthorpe and AFC Fylde.

The league campaign will close with a final push in April, with fixtures away to Woking and Altrincham, hosting Hornchurch and the season culminating in a potentially crucial home clash against Forest Green Rovers on Saturday 24th.
